For this Halloween recipe, you'll need carrots, toothpicks, parsley, scallion, and humus. To make the dippers, peel a large carrot and cut it into quarter-inch thick coins. Skewer each coin with a toothpick, and add on a small parsley leaf and sliced scallion steam. Insert the pumpkins into the humus or your child's favorite dip. Now you know a healthy snack recipe that's sure to be a tasty treat this Halloween!
