Holidays On Demand's Cool Concoctions series shows us how to make your own homebrew version of Pumpkin Ale. This all-grain brew incorporates roasted pumpkin, 9 pounds of 2-row Grain, cloves nutmeg cinnamon, brown sugar, Mt. Hood and Cascade hops, Irish moss and California ale yeast. From the sparging pot to the mash tun, the wort chiller to the primary and secondary fermenter and finally the conditioner, we follow the magical journey of starch to sugar and eventually alcohol.
