Cassava is a woody shrub native to South America. Here is a twist on the Vietnamese Baked Cassava Cake using pumpkin. Delicious and easy to make, it's a perfect baked treat for the holidays!
Ingredients:
1-16 oz bag frozen grated cassava
1-15 oz can pumpkin puree
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 Tbsp tapioca starch
1 egg
1/2 tsp butter
cooking spray
