Yes, there really is an event called the Hillbilly Run. The Hillbilly Run 2012 is hosted at Lazy Acres Farm Christmas Tree and Pumpkin Patch farm in Chunky, Mississippi. Although it looks like they're having fun, after seeing what they go through, not sure why...
